Warranty & Returns
We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any faulty in material under normal use during the warranty period. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Returns are accepted only for items that are faulty, non-defective items are not eligible for return.

Installation
- Site Preparation:
- Ensure that the sliding gate track is installed and aligned correctly. The gate should move smoothly along the track without resistance.
- Select a stable location near the track to install the motor.
- Position the Motor:
- Place the DA-Concise Plus-800 motor adjacent to the gate’s track, ensuring the motor’s drive gear aligns with the gate’s gear rack.
- Use a level to check that the motor is correctly aligned.
- Mount the Motor:
- Secure the motor to a firm surface using mounting bolts, making sure it is tightly fastened and properly aligned with the gate.
- Install the Gear Rack:
- Attach the gear rack to the bottom of the sliding gate, ensuring that it meshes smoothly with the motor’s drive gear.
- Adjust the position for a precise fit.
- Connect the Electrical System:
- Wire the motor to either the 230V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz power supply, depending on your setup.
- Connect any additional accessories like remote controls or safety sensors as instructed.
- Test Gate Operation:
- Power on the system and test the gate’s opening and closing to ensure smooth operation. Verify that the motor runs at the correct speed and that the gate moves consistently.
- Make Final Adjustments:
- Adjust the gear rack and motor alignment if necessary to ensure the gate moves smoothly without binding or resistance.
- Tighten all bolts and ensure the system is stable.
