We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any faulty in material under normal use during the warranty period. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Installation
- Site Preparation:
- Ensure the sliding gate track is properly installed and aligned. Verify smooth gate movement on the track.
- Choose a stable surface near the track for motor placement.
- Position the Motor:
- Place the DA-IZ-1200 next to the track, ensuring the motor’s drive gear aligns with the gate’s gear rack.
- Use a level to confirm correct alignment.
- Mount the Motor:
- Secure the motor to the ground using mounting bolts.
- Ensure the motor is tightly fastened and properly aligned with the gate.
- Install the Gear Rack:
- Attach the gear rack to the bottom of the gate, ensuring it engages smoothly with the motor’s drive gear.
- Connect the Electrical System:
- Wire the motor to the 240VAC power supply and connect any accessories (remote controls, sensors) as per the instructions.
- Configure Auto-Closing:
- Set the desired time delay for the auto-closing feature using the provided controls.
- Test Operation:
- Power on the system and test the gate’s opening and closing functions. Verify the electronic soft-start and manual release key functionality.
- Final Adjustments:
- Make any necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation and alignment.
- Tighten all bolts and confirm stability.
