Installation
- Site Preparation:
- Ensure that the sliding gate track is correctly aligned and that the gate moves smoothly.
- Choose a stable, level surface near the track for the installation of the motor.
- Position the Motor:
- Place the DA-V2-600 motor next to the gate’s track, ensuring the drive gear aligns properly with the gate’s gear rack.
- Use a level to check the motor’s alignment with the track.
- Mount the Motor:
- Secure the motor to the ground using mounting bolts. Ensure the motor is firmly fastened and in the correct position relative to the gate’s movement.
- Install the Gear Rack:
- Attach the gear rack to the bottom of the gate. Ensure that the gear rack aligns smoothly with the motor’s drive gear for consistent movement.
- Adjust the position as needed for smooth operation.
- Electrical Connections:
- Connect the motor to a 240V power supply, following all safety and electrical standards.
- Wire any additional accessories, such as safety sensors or remote controls, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Test the Operation:
- Power on the system and test the gate’s operation. Ensure the gate moves smoothly at the rated speed of 10.5 meters per minute.
- Test the thermal protection by observing the motor’s temperature during operation, ensuring it does not exceed the 110°C threshold.
- Check the functionality of the remote control system at a frequency of 433.92 MHz.
- Final Adjustments:
- If necessary, make adjustments to the gear rack and motor positioning to ensure the gate operates smoothly without any obstructions or resistance.
- Tighten all bolts and verify that the system is stable and secure.
