Installation
- Mark Anchor Locations:
- Position the sliding gate track (SG-G4m or SG-G6m) in its intended location.
- Mark the positions where the anchors will be installed through the pre-drilled holes in the track.
- Drill Holes:
- Using a hammer drill with a concrete bit, drill holes into the concrete at the marked locations.
- The holes should be deep enough to accommodate the full length of the M6.5 x 38mm metal anchors.
- Clean the Holes:
- Remove dust and debris from the drilled holes to ensure a secure fit for the anchors.
- Insert Metal Anchors:
- Place the metal anchors into the drilled holes. You may need to lightly tap them with a hammer to ensure they are fully inserted and flush with the surface.
- Position the Gate Track:
- Align the sliding gate track over the installed metal anchors.
- Ensure the track is correctly positioned and level.
- Secure the Gate Track:
- Place the bolts through the track’s pre-drilled holes and into the metal anchors.
- Use a wrench or socket driver to tighten the bolts, securing the gate track to the concrete surface.
- Final Check:
- Once the track is bolted down, check that it is securely fastened and aligned properly for smooth gate operation.
